The Role

This role offers a lot of variety. You will be working directly with the Director and General Manager of the company and helping to streamline their days and lighten their workloads. You might handle emails and do research one moment, then head to the shops for coffee or lunch, you will help with projects we are working on, and even work on things like social media and marketing. There's always something new to do, and we need someone who's ready to help with whatever's needed, always wearing a smile. It's a job where you'll never get bored, and every day is different.

Key Responsibilities

· Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments and emails with the help of Microsoft Outlook.

· Research and collate info on topics that matter to us.

· Be a team player – help with office tasks and make sure things tick along nicely.

· Pick up goods from around town

· Update websites, social media, documents, and anything else that needs updating!

· Bring your positivity and eagerness to work alongside our awesome team.

Essential Criteria (You Must address these criteria in your application cover letter)

· A can-do attitude and a positive demeanor.

· A passion for working with people with different abilities.

· Bring your enthusiasm for learning and growing in the support coordination and mental health field.

· Know your way around Microsoft Outlook.

· Love to research and make sense of things.

· Chat comfortably with anyone and everyone.

· Be ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in. Reliability is key to this role!
