Our Global People Operations team is looking for an experienced, versatile and solutions-oriented Senior People Operations Expert to support various People Operations initiatives to help continually improve the employee experience and our internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact and support to IL Gongsters and respond to inquiries about People programs, policies, and other People-related events.
- Process and manage data transactions within the Workday HRIS system while maintaining a high level of accuracy; create and run reports within Workday as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Own various aspects of the employee lifecycle for Israel employees, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders such as: people business partners, talent acquisition, payroll and facilities teams, to identify, recommend, and implement continuous process improvements that will enhance our operations and employee experience.
- Develop, maintain and communicate employee policies and procedures. Partner with legal consultants to ensure compliance.
- Participate in additional duties and or project work as required to support HR Operations and overall business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in HR Operations.
- Experience with Workday HRIS is a must! Greenhouse, Zendesk and CultureAmp are preferred.
- Experience with HR processes and systems administration.
- Strong project management skills as well as prioritization skills.
- Hands-on working.
- Strong analytics skills, business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details.
- Stakeholders management capabilities, team player, great collaborator.
- Knowledge of IL employment laws will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working well in a fast-paced global environment.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent in experience.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications in general. Other Business Intelligence tools will be a plus.
