THE ROLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our network partners to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with network partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Monitor performance of network partners and provide regular updates to the team.
- Identify and resolve issues related to network partner operations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to network partner performance.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to network partner operations.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on network partner operations.
- Work closely with other members of the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in operations management or logistics is preferred but not required.
