Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 :

  • Coordinate supplier audits (QMS, process, product, PQA) and support for customer audits.
  • Follow up the corrective and preventive actions (RCCA)
  • Prepare the quality report for management review and filing.
  • Develop the quality procedure and instructions as required.
  • Conduct supplier quality performance rating.
  • Follow up SDR disposition process and material return.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers/suppliers for quality issues.
  • Meet QEP required training & 6 sigma green belt project to self-develop QA skills and competencies;
  • Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).

Qualifications Required / 基本要求 :

a. Education教育程度

  • 4+ years of engineering study at an accredited college or university, majored in Mechanical is preferred.

b. Working experience工作经验

  • 3+ years working experience in Quality area, Aviation or Automotive industry would be preferred.
  • Be familiar with Product process verification audits

c. Specific knowledge专门知识

  • Be familiar with SCAR and 8D reports.
  • Be familiar with Quality plans and Key Characteristics and Basic DG&T
  • Certified ISO9000 internal auditor would be preferred.
  • At least 4 level English
  • Computer skills like excel, ppt, word

Desired / 期望要求 :

  • Fluent English in both written & oral; Ability to read English engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good communication skill and high sense of responsibility
  • A good team player with open & can-do attitude
  • Be familiar with Special Process Audit (Such as Painting, Heat Treatment, NDT and Chemical process)
  • experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred
