Overall Role.
Support the Reliability Engineering (RE) strategy, practices and products in collaboration with accounts operations teams.
Undertake critical assessment, review and planning of client’s key electromechanical infrastructure and Asset Registers to deliver best possible RC based maintenance strategy and capital.
Maintain a positive collaborative relationship with Account team, to ensure effective asset data quality and optimal maintenance strategies
Scope out work of Asset data capture and validation by JLL account teams and their Supplier partners.
Guide Accounts Engineering Teams to ensure that Asset Registers with requisite attributes are captured and recorded in standard templates that are needed to set up a CMMS for implementation of LCAM Analytics.
Support the Engineering Asset Data Quality, JBS and Account teams to manage the initial asset capture, load entity assets onto LCAM and CMMS tools and ensure the alignment with asset management strategies for the account.
Work with Engineering Asset DQ team and JLL Business Services to undertake validation of Site Engineering Assets in line with JLL procedures
Support the implementation of JLL’s Life Cycle Asset Management Tool (LCAM Analytics) that sits at the core of the CAR Premium Product.
Undertake Periodic review and assessment of site data to keep account Engineering teams on track for implementation of supporting technologies
Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the client Asset Manager, the Regional Engineering Directors and the site operations teams.
Driving Implementation of life cycle analytics (LCAM) tool as per agreed scope
Responsible for guidance to and support to accounts for Asset Data capture in appropriate templates to set up a CMMS for new / refurbished sites
Responsible for the development/delivery Reliability Engineering and RCM strategy and annual implementation plan.
Responsible for tracking ongoing usage of Tools such as LCAM where implemented.
Responsible for management of key stakeholders in the implementation of above strategies.
Candidate Specifics
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
At least ten (10) years of experience in managing and delivering asset management and maintenance strategies for commercial portfolios
A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of engineering O&M and numerical data related to work orders, asset registers, asset performance, energy, emissions, or utilities context with an understanding of how they relate to the property and building management.
The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.

Key Skills
Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organisational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field.
Able to problem solve and to think strategically, with a common-sense approach and initiative when resolving issues.
Ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, deadline driven work environment.
Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues and clients.
Likes being part of a high performing team.
