Job Description & Summary
As a member of the Global Delivery Enablement team, this role provides day-to-day operational and project support across the Global Enterprise Applications organization. The scope of responsibilities may include contract management, supplemental and FTE resource support, meeting planning and preparation, financial reporting, and data analytics. Additionally, this role may have ad hoc responsibilities supporting process improvement initiatives and/or other deliverables.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, including but not limited to the following:
- Managing multiple complex and diverse assignments to support business IT operations;
- Managing and tracking the contract approval and extension processes with stakeholders and Procurement;
- Obtainment and organization of supplemental staff documentation, including statements of work and change orders;
- Managing the onboarding/offboarding processes for full-time and supplemental staff and assisting with the staffing process;
- Supporting operational/financial processes; including detailed review and analysis of financial data, overall project financials, fluctuation analysis, collaboration with project leadership, and management of vendor renewals and payments;
- Strong knowledge with spreadsheet management tracking and interpreting data, spreadsheet automation, and creation of pivot tables, formulas, and scripts; ability to identify and implement and opportunities for process efficiencies through automation;
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of presentation s and material for large meetings and leadership;
- During stakeholder and team meetings, capturing notes, following up on action items, and preparing status reports;
- Providing support on website creation and management - SharePoint/Google team sites
- Supporting data quality processes for the team;
- Understanding the importance of efficiency, and identifying and proactively suggesting solutions and improvements to business operations processes;
- Being detail-oriented and having superior organizational skills;
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Understanding customer expectations and being responsive to their inquiries;
- Working with minimal guidance, while completing complex ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by leadership;
- Understanding IT practices, processes and procedures; and,
- Possessing the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic organization.
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year(s) of progressive roles performing business operations and/or IT project management.
Working hours: Available to work East Coast US hours (or close) at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree
