Job Details- Take an active role in planning initiatives to grow the hotel's online and direct segments.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of online strategies.
- Daily manage the hotel's online presence across various OTAs, websites, and other platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, parity, and daily updates of information, room rates, inventory, and other content in relevant tools.
- Create, implement, and optimize online campaign initiatives.
- Closely monitor and assist in the preparation of reports on competitor activities and supporting documents for sales strategy meetings.
- Good communication skills to liaise and negotiate both internally and externally, using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
