In one sentence

The Mobile Network Services Sales Director will facilitate new business and grow existing business in select accounts, developing and implementing sales strategy aimed at revenue growth.

What will your job look like?

  • Establish positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and others to extend the reach of Amdocs Mobile Network Services solutions.
  • Take a customer-centric approach to solving business problems.
  • Develop opportunities from the first lead, until close.
  • Lead and own the sales cycle for established and developing accounts, coordinate the positioning and selling Amdocs Products and Services.
  • Directly manages major and critical developing client accounts and coordinates the management of 5G and network services evolution.
  • You will be encouraged to exercise the Amdocs business solution approach: focusing on the customer’s needs and pain points rather than what Amdocs has to offer.
  • Develop opportunities from the first lead, until close. Leading resources and matrix manage the designated project team. This also requires aligning appropriate sales opportunities to meet business and financial objectives and will be encouraged to know our customer's business needs.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the offered solutions to customers are in-line with their network needs and strategies
  • Ensure to perform deep dive research on global & local network trends and convert opportunities into offerings and offerings into sales

All you need is...

  • Successful experience selling wireless network solutions, with a focus on 5G RAN, vRAN, ORAN and cloud services.
  • Past hands-on work experience in any one of the mobile network domains: RF Planning, Integration, Deployment or optimization on3G, 4G or 5G
  • Atleast 5 years of experience either with a major mobile network CSP or OEM
  • Solid understanding of telecom and network verticals, with knowledge of products & services.
  • Executive-level communication & presenting skills.
  • You should be a “hunter” with validated experience in running long, B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a consistent track record of closing large, sophisticated deals.
  • Experience in developing new business in the Communications sector - software sales record in the network services domain preferred.
  • Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is needed.
  • Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level)
  • Understand and have the pulse of the market, the challenges facing tier 1/tier 2/ and large private enterprise networks.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Science/ MA in business/ marketing or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate past experience in forming custom suite solutions based on customer needs such as spectrum, network performance, deployment deadlines or CAPEX considerations
