Job Description
Reporting into the Group Payroll Manager, your role will include:
- Ensure all Time and Attendance system is configured correctly and maintained, including required EBA and Award updates
- T&A Troubleshooting
- Ensure all leave correctly configured in Time and Attendance system for relevant Award / EBA
- Manage Document, test and implement system enhancements, working with internal team and system provider as required
- Manage Payroll documentation to ensure it is relevant and accurate according to current systems and processes - including materials, resources, processes and procedures
- Ensure all rosters are implemented correctly by working closely with operations
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking highly motivated candidates with strong experience with T&A management. Exposure to MWP (My Workplace) and ADP will be highly regarded, but is by no means necessary. EA/Award interpretation will be a key aspect of the role and therefore strong understanding of relevant payroll legislation will be looked upon favourably.
