About the job

In your role as a Field Sales Engineer, your main purpose will be traditional field sales work with an emphasis on business development. Some of your tasks will be:

  • Handle and brick-wall a set of existing refrigeration and manufacturing industry customers.
  • Answer and follow up on quote requests.
  • Design of refrigeration heat exchangers.
  • Manage customers in our CRM tool.
  • Explore new opportunities in the Norwegian market (aquaculture, cleantech, refrigeration, heat pumps, and data centers).
  • Attend industry seminars and exhibitions.


What you know

You preferably have a Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Engineering. To succeed in this position, you need to have 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience either as internal or field sales. It is preferable if you have experience in the refrigeration industry and heat exchanger sales.


As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite. Scandinavian language is a must for handling our Norwegian customers. Travel activity will be around 20-50 days per year.
